Homes England is launching the National Housing Bank, a new government‑backed investment platform to accelerate housing delivery across England. With £16 bn in capital, it will unlock private investment, support regeneration and accelerate housing delivery across the UK. The role holder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of equity transactions for Homes England. The portfolio will contain 3 to 5 transactions, larger or more complex than typical for a senior portfolio manager.
