What we need

At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate, and accomplished Senior Manager of Software Engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role for a player-coach who will lead a team of talented engineers while remaining deeply involved in the technical work. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of reliable and scalable digital technology solutions that provide a highly personalized and engaging customer experience.
