Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – RTDS & Power System Simulation (CEST)

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

· Establish and lead the RTDS-based Centre of Excellence for Simulation & Testing (CEST) in Riyadh

· Partner with the Power System Innovation leadership to define and execute business strategy, roadmap, and growth plans

· Act as a technical and business leader for RTDS, HIL, and advanced power system studies

Technical Delivery

· Oversee execution of power system simulation and testing projects, including:

· Steady-state, dynamic, and transient studies

· Protection coordination and interconnection studies

· Real-time simulation and HIL/CHIL testing

· Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction

· Provide expert technical guidance on model development, validation, and optimization

Business Development & Growth

· Develop and expand simulation and testing services
