Senior Manager: Data Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional delivery within our FinTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Orchestration: Lead and align multiple complex projects under a unified program strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Drive engagement and facilitate decision-making across senior leadership, product owners, and technical teams.
• Integrated Planning: Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all streams move in sync.
• Risk & Governance: Proactively identify roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with delivery standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Agile adoption and lean delivery practices across cross-functional squads.
• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party dependencies and vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration.
