Senior Manager, Data and Analytics

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Data and Analytics (India) is a critical leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating offshore data and analytics engineering capabilities. This leader will hire, develop, and manage India-based teams spanning data platform engineering, data operations, and domain-aligned data engineering, while serving as a highly collaborative partner to onshore technology and business leaders.

This role is both strategic and hands-on in execution . Success requires close partnership with onshore leaders to co-create roadmaps, define and evolve the onshore/offshore operating model, and ensure seamless delivery of enterprise data products. The Senior Manager will be accountable not only for delivery outcomes, but also for making the offshore model successful through strong engagement, communication, and continuous improvement.
