TATA AIG is looking for a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end commercial claims across Property, Marine, and Engineering lines, ensuring accurate assessment, timely settlement, and a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong regulatory and operational compliance

  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial claims ( non EB - Property, Marine & Engineering ) – from intimation, registration, and investigation to settlement and closur
• e.Evaluate policy coverage, terms & conditions, exclusions, and endorsements to determine claim liabilit
• y.Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, underwriters, legal advisors, and reinsurers for claim assessmen
• t.Conduct thorough investigation and validation of claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guideline
• s.Negotiate and finalize settlements, balancing customer service with cost contro
