Boeing's Commercial Modification Center – **Victorville, CA** (CMC-V) is hiring a **Senior Manager,** **CMC-V Business Development Leader** (Level L) to lead business development for the site.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Be accountable for the site's financial performance, including sourcing future revenue and controlling costs to meet the CMC-V LRBP as part of the CMM&DS Maintenance Services portfolio
+ Develop and staff the “front office” to secure future commercial work at CMC-V
+ Coordinate with BGS operations (GTO) and the site leader to develop facility skylines, slot availability, and scheduling methodology
