Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Client Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce.com CRM technology initiatives for RBC Insurance (RBCI). Reporting to the Director, Client Relationship Management & Sales Tools, this role is a key member of the Salesforce.com Center of Excellence and acts as a trusted advisor and Salesforce.com CRM technology subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce.com platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
• Assess business needs and lead/execution configuration changes within Salesforce.com to address requirements.
