Join Monash University as Senior Manager, Channel Communications and play a defining role in shaping how we connect with our audiences across the student lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to lead the strategic direction, roadmap and performance of key enterprise marketing channels, including email, social media and paid advertising, as core engagement, lead generation and conversion capabilities. You will help transform these channels into a more connected, audience-led and personalised ecosystem that supports prospective students from first enquiry through to application, enrolment and ongoing engagement.

Working within the Channel Experience and Program Change directorate, you will partner with senior leaders, marketing teams, technology, data, analytics, IT and faculty stakeholders to improve how Monash plans, delivers, measures and optimises channel communications at scale.
