Senior Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with Key Brokers for Commercial Line business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring effective engagement and service delivery.
• Prepare monthly business plans, targets, and pipeline reviews in alignment with organizational goals.
• Handle RFQ management end-to-end, including coordination with underwriting, pricing, and timely quote delivery.
• Drive generation of new business across all Non-Motor / Commercial Insurance lines through assigned brokers.
• Motivate and enable brokers through regular interactions, product updates, and joint business planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, Operations) to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims management.
• Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of business and retention targets.
