Senior Manager, Camera Hardware - Tampere (Finland)

This position will lead the Camera Lab team consisting of about 15 specialists.

Main responsibilities:
• Day to day work leading the team towards agreed goals
• Technical research and development of camera prototypes for mobile phone.
• Driving prototypes and concepts developed into successful products implementation to achieve leading competitive advantage
• Provide industry insight and analysis of low-level technologies in the domain
• Support planning of future technology development and road-map
• Cooperate with headquarter to build camera competitiveness to achieve industry-leading camera performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Msc or higher education level in suitable engineering domain
• Photography camera system overall knowledge: Optics, image sensor, actuators, electrical hardware and understanding of inter-dependencies between them.
