Senior Manager, Business Partner - People & Organization (Miami)

The Senior Manager, Business Partner, People & Organization serves as an advisor and trusted partner to business leaders across all Miami-based lines of business (i.e. Sony Pictures Television Networks, Distribution, Production, and Corporate). This role is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that align with business priorities while delivering comprehensive human resources support throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.


The Senior Manager partners with the Regional P&O BPs and global People & Organization Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement enterprise initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness.
