The Senior Manager, Business Analyst (BA) is accountable for leading and evolving the Business Analysis capability to enable a modern, Digital Agile operating model across Global Wealth Management (GWM). This people leader will report to the Digital Product leadership and ensure BAs are positioned as strategic delivery partners – embedded in persistent teams driving decision quality, backlog readiness, and delivery predictability.

This role plays a critical part in shifting delivery to a continuous discovery, definition, and execution model, improving speed to value while reducing rework, risk, and dependency-driven delays.
