What’s the role?

This is a Line 1 risk role focused on improving how fraud and scams are managed across Everyday Banking products. You’ll work closely with product managers and teams across fraud, financial crime and digital to assess gaps, uplift controls and support incident management.

You’ll apply risk frameworks in a practical way, helping product teams understand where controls need strengthening and supporting them to make improvements. This role suits someone with risk experience who enjoys working hands‑on with the business and understands systems and customer journeys.

This role is Sydey-based, and a Parental Leave Cover for a 12‑month period.
