As the Senior Manager, Asset Protection - Canada, you will play a critical role within the North America Retail team by supporting our employees and business operations in all aspects of risk and loss mitigation. In this role, you will lead the execution of Asset Protection best practices, policies, and programs within your assigned coverage area.

You will work closely with retail store, field, and corporate leaders to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and establish consistent ways of working to achieve our collective goals. You will manage and maintain the physical security, shrink mitigation, and case management programs in support of the broader regional and global strategy. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all physical risk incidents and emergencies within your assigned area and support teams through the crisis response framework.
