About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned agency leader (Senior Manager - Director level) to lead and scale our Singapore business operations. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for the agency’s business performance, including client growth, campaign execution, team development, and financial results.
You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, clients, and influencers, and ensuring exceptional execution across all campaigns.
