Senior Maintenance Planner

Overview

• Wärtsilä is hiring a Senior Maintenance Planner (4‑stroke Marine) for the Vaasa, Finland Expertise Centre.
• You will plan, coordinate and follow up scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls for global marine agreements, ensuring resource and competence planning and stakeholder communication.
• The role requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical or Production Engineering (or equivalent), understanding of marine diesel engines and maintenance practices, fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel (~5%).
• You will join a global Maintenance Management team supporting contract‑based business, budgeting and tool/process development, and please note relocation and accommodation costs are not provided.
