Senior Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Maintenance and Technical Services to join a high-performing operations team in Calgary, Alberta. Reporting directly to the Director, Operations, this role is responsible for leading the maintenance function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and infrastructure.

The Senior Manager, Maintenance and Technical Services will oversee the delivery of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and asset reliability.
