JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Machine Training and Analytics Coordinator (Senior Machining Training Planner) is a strategic, hands‑on partner responsible for building, sustaining, and continuously improving the technical capability of the Machine Department within a complex turbine engine component repair and overhaul environment.

This role shall lead the design and execution of workforce development systems that enable machinists across CNC, manual machining, grinding, tool and die, R&D, and programming disciplines to develop skills, advance proficiency, and meet demanding quality, safety, and performance expectations. Through a blend of structured training, mentoring, and data‑driven insight, the position ensures the organization can reliably develop talent from entry‑level through advanced technical expertise.
