Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
Holds a bachelor of science degree in an engineering discipline.Designs and troubleshoots fixtures, prototypes, and automated machines incorporating electro‑mechanical components such as sensors, safety systems, pneumatics, and drive systems.Designs, modifies, and troubleshoots complex automated manufacturing equipment.Updates and reviews three‑dimensional computer‑aided design models using SOLIDWORKS and maintains accurate bills of materials using Microsoft Excel.Performs design of experiments to determine optimal equipment parameters and process performance.Writes and updates maintenance manuals, manufacturing instructions, and calibration procedures for new and existing equipment.Understands and follows Applied Manufacturing quality systems per training requirements.Understands and complies with company saf...
