Job Description

• 1. Strategic Team Leadership & Management

  Lead, mentor, and manage the operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.

  Assign responsibilities, set objectives, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

• 2. Operational Coordination & Oversight

  Oversee domestic and international shipments, including LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL, and airfreight.

  Coordinate operational workflows with internal teams (warehouses, customs, and haulage) to ensure smooth execution.
