Job Description
- Own complex system-level issues end-to-end
- Act as the primary escalation point for advanced Linux device issues
- Perform deep triage across kernel logs, networking, audio, video, and hardware interfaces
- Design and build robust platform and system solutions
- Translate system architecture and product requirements into maintainable software
- Identify root causes using logs, telemetry, traces, and real-world data
- Drive long-term fixes instead of temporary workarounds
- Develop and ship fixes in C/C++ and Python
- Work with platform and product engineering teams to land mainline releases
- Improve observability, diagnostics, and troubleshooting tooling
- Build scripts, tools, and documentation for faster issue resolution
- Influence platform roadmap with PoCs and feature enhancements
- Use customer feedback and production data to guide improvements
