The Opportunity A well-established, Vaughan/King-based real estate developer is seeking a Senior Level Development Leader for a growing portfolio of residential and long-term care projects across the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle—from land acquisition and entitlements through sales integration and post-occupancy execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s development strategy, driving project performance, and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.
