**Key Responsibilities**

+ Drive leisure sales performance across Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Centre, Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, and Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus through targeted business development and strategic account management.
+ Manage and expand relationships with TOP IT wholesaler accounts, delivering revenue, market share, and production goals for the leisure segment across the Istanbul hotels and focus to dynamic pricing.
