We are looking to recruit a senior operations, innovation and transformation professional, with a background in legal practice, to join our award-winning FutureLaw team. 

This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in transforming how legal services are conceived, delivered and experienced, both within TLT and for our clients. 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in our Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or London offices, offering a flexible hybrid working model. 

Your Role  

This is a senior, dual‑facing role that combines internal business partnering with hands‑on client legal operations delivery. The role plays a leading part in transforming how legal services are conceived, designed and delivered, using innovation, technology and new operating models to create measurable value for both the firm and its clients.
