Senior Legal Officer

• Review, analyse and negotiate commercial agreements and general terms & conditions with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the implementation and management of Master Services Agreements (MSA)
• Provide legal guidance related to client contracting and contractual risk management
• Draft, review and validate contractual documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg contractual laws and regulations, with additional consideration for Belgian and/or French legal frameworks
• Collaborate closely with business, procurement, compliance and operational teams during contract negotiations
• Identify legal and contractual risks and propose mitigation measures
• Support stakeholders during contract lifecycle management activities
