  Responsibilities :
 Reviews all documents prepared by Juniors before their release.
 Reviews all the documents sent by clients or counterparty.
 Drafts the requested agreements and provides advisory to clients on legal queries
 Assesses the performance of their Juniors on matters related to cases assigned to them (juniors)
 Provides training for Juniors via reviewing work and guidance on the Junior's assigned cases.
 Sets deadlines for their team and assesses the quality of work provided to clients.
 Communicates with clients and responds to their needs
 Provides clients with creative strategies and effectively manages legal matters from start to end
 Provide commercial legal advice to clients across all aspects of the business.
 Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organisations in support of compliance and customer relations.
