Senior Legal Counsel

An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a renowned organisation in Saudi Arabia which also maintains a strong presence in the GCC region, and has established itself as a significant player in the food and beverage industry.

The successful candidate will join their expanding legal team, offering expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on IP, governance, and M&A matters.

Ideally, applicants should possess at least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, and be legally qualified in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have substantial exposure to international law, including hands-on experience in cross-border transactions and various aspects of business law. Proficiency in the Arabic language and experience within the GCC region is essential.
