Senior Legal Counsel

Under the authority of the Legal Manager, the Senior Legal Counsel will act as a commercially-oriented business partner of the Dev and IPP operation teams in providing support and advice on all legal aspects of the renewable energy projects (in all their full lifecycle), on all geographies and on all technologies (solar, wind, BESS, etc.). The Senior Legal Counsel will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and revision of public tenders and submission of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, and validate binding documents including bid bonds and consortium/cooperation agreements (where projects are developed with third parties)
• Securise real estate and environmental aspects of a project
• Draft, review and negotiate all contractual aspects of a Dev and/or IPP project: NDAs, LoIs, MoUs, construction contracts (EPC, etc.), operation agreements (O&M, ...
