Sollio Groupe Coopératif (Sollio) is one of Canada’s largest agri‑food cooperatives, operating coast to coast through its divisions BMR, Olymel and Sollio Agriculture, as well as a significant portfolio of subsidiaries and joint ventures. The Legal Affairs team at Sollio delivers a broad spectrum of legal services to its BMR, Olymel and Sollio Agriculture divisions, as well as to the parent company, its subsidiaries and joint ventures. We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to assume a lead role in the legal oversight of Sollio’s activities and its joint ventures located outside Quebec, primarily in Ontario and other common law jurisdictions. This position is designed for a seasoned in‑house legal professional who combines strong technical expertise with sound business judgment and strategic insight.
