To enable BESIX Power national and international business development efforts in renewable energy (solar, batteries, ...), your primary role will be to support BESIX Power in the drafting, negotiating, and implementing of its contractual documentation related to development, financing, construction, operation of its projects and related corporate activities, in all targeted jurisdictions. In particular, you will, in close coordination with the project team and with other corporate functions,
Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements related to the greenfield or brownfield development of renewable energy projects, including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, term sheets, partnership and joint venture agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, procurement contracts, power purchase agreements (PPA), land agreements, various financing agreements, share purchase agreements etc.;
