Senior Legal Counsel - Compliance

Job Description


+ Provide legal advice on product compliance, including consumer protection, safety, labeling, and industry standards.

+ Oversee import and export compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. and international trade laws, sanctions, and customs regulations.

+ Advise on tariff impacts and trade policy developments, collaborating with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams.

+ Lead compliance efforts in privacy and data protection laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.), including drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and contracts.

+ Monitor, assess, and advise on AI-related regulations and their impact on business operations, products, and services.

+ Develop and implement internal compliance policies, training programs, and risk management frameworks.

+ Partner with business leaders, product teams, and regulators to proactively manage compliance risks.
