What you will be doing

• Support 3–4 litigation lawyers across commercial, construction, maritime, dispute resolution, and administrative law practices
• Draft, edit and format pleadings, agreements, memos, court documents and correspondence
• Manage high-volume billing — liaising with the Client Billing Team for monthly account production
• File at BC Supreme Court registries and manage all court-related documentation
• Maintain document management via cloud share platforms and virtual deal rooms (iManage)
• Manage bring-forward systems, file lists, and matter opening/closing
• Provide coverage support for legal assistant team as needed — this is a collaborative group
