This role exercises independent judgment and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on real estate matters that influence long‑term business planning, financial outcomes, and operational performance.

**Your Impact**

+ Work with leadership to develop forward‑looking real estate strategies 18–36 months ahead of lease expiries, incorporating business needs, portfolio optimization, and financial implications.
+ Lead and manage leasing, subleasing, and disposition activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, risk parameters, and shareholder interests.
+ Independently engage and direct brokerage partners, negotiating business terms and conditions across office, industrial, land, parking, and warehouse asset types.
