Key Responsibilities

• Learning & Development Consulting
  • Act as a trusted learning advisor to assigned lines of business, building strong ongoing relationships with business leaders and partners.
  • Consult with leaders to understand business goals, performance challenges, compliance needs, and skill gaps, translating them into clear learning recommendations.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders without formal authority, helping them make informed decisions about learning approaches, scope, and timing.
  • Support intake and prioritization of learning requests in a high‑volume environment, balancing impact, capacity, and business urgency.
