Who we are looking for higher education degree;3+ years of experience in L&D or employee development; strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups; proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and multiple priorities; client-focused, proactive mindset with strong communication skills; comfortable balancing strategic advisory and operational delivery; good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and modern/AI tools; fluent Ukrainian and English.
