In this hands-on role, you'll install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot systems, offering advanced support for a wide range of AV/IT technologies. Collaborate with management on emerging technologies, test new solutions, and serve in various roles such as Subject Matter Expert or Technical Lead.

• 8 years of progressively responsible experience with AV/IT technology in a support role.


• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. (Work experience accepted in lieu of degree)
