An experienced Leading Hand ready to step up in their career, or a Senior Leading Hand looking for broader responsibility and a clear pathway to Site Supervisor or Foreman with our Halcyon team at Promenade in Burpengary East.
What You’ll Do
Support the Site Supervisor to deliver multiple homes on time and to quality standards

Coordinate trades, suppliers, and daily site activities

Lead and support Leading Hands and Labourers

Maintain safe, clean, and well-presented sites

Complete safety audits, inspections, and hold points
