A financial company is hiring a Senior / Lead Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer on a contract to hire basis in Charlotte, NC.

As the Senior-Level NOC Engineer (Team Lead) you’ll function as one of the highest technical escalation points within the global Network Operations Center. This role provides advanced troubleshooting, architecture-level insight, and deep subject matter expertise across complex, multi-vendor network infrastructures. As a tier 3 engineer you’ll lead root cause analysis, oversee major incidents, influence network design standards and partner with other engineering teams to drive stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Contract Duration: 6 month, contract to hire
