Trans Mountain seeks a Senior Lead in Cost Control located in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time in-office role is key to maintaining financial oversight of our strategic projects.
You'll play a critical role in the Major Projects Admin team, where you will lead cost management initiatives for sustaining capital projects. As a senior leader, your responsibilities will include guiding a team of analysts, improving reporting standards, and enhancing project change management processes. Your insight into cost analysis tools and best practices will drive organizational excellence throughout our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the sustaining capital cost controls team
• Oversee budget forecasting and performance metrics
• Streamline reporting with advanced Excel and Power BI
• Address gaps in cost management solutions
• Manage project change processes effectively
