As the Lead Designer, you will combine your extensive experience and technical skills to deliver intricate 3D modeling and overall design drawings. Reporting to the Chief Designer, you'll oversee projects, ensuring compliance with Lycopodium's high standards and collaboration with junior staff to enhance quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce CAD files in compliance with established standards
• Implement quality control measures on design processes
• Review and evaluate vendor design submissions

Requirements:
• Over 10 years in relevant design disciplines
