About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Specialist of Sustainability Risk & Assurance, the Senior Lead, Assurance provides enterprise‑wide leadership for EVR’s assurance programs across legal compliance and responsible mining frameworks. This role is accountable for the design and execution of assurance programs aligned with Health, Safety, Environment, Communities & Human Rights (HSEC&HR) standards, Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM), International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) requirements, and legal and voluntary compliance obligations.

The role requires leading assurance activities across EVR’s operating assets, working directly with asset teams to assess performance, identify risk, and drive practical, implementable corrective actions. It plays a key part in providing clear, credible assurance outcomes to senior EVR and Glencore leadership.
