Description
The Senior Laboratory Technician is responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordinating of manufacturing. To have a solid understanding of the range of products made in the department and how they are produced. To manufacture human and animal serum products on time and according to customer and in-house specifications. The role of a Senior Laboratory Technician is to develop and optimize methods for the lab processes. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Specifications
Minimum 5 years hands on, bench experience

Bi-lingual speaking, reading and writing Spanish is desired.

Must have a valid passport.

In addition to Santee the position requires working in Mexico and the Ramona Ranch.

Occasional Domestic and International Travel...
