Job Overview

Provide technical leadership for high-voltage and high-power laboratory testing services team. This role works closely with high ‑ voltage, high ‑ power, mechanical, and environmental laboratory testing services supporting Hubbell business units and third ‑ party customers. Own end ‑ to ‑ end HV and pulsed ‑ power test programs—from requirements definition and test plan development through execution, data analysis, and final reporting—while ensuring safe operations, compliance with relevant IEC/IEEE/ANSI standards, and continual improvement of laboratory capability.
