Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle KOL across social and e-commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee).
- Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using relevant analytics.
- Source, manage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
- Coordinate KOL campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.
- Engage with and grow online communities across various social channels.
- Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to continuously improve content and KOL strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field > 2-5+ years of experience in KOL management
- Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Supplement category (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media, influencers, and content trends
