West Yorkshire Keyworker Service is recruiting and this could be the next role for you. The role is full time, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Extended Keyworker support isprovided to children and young people with high needs as well as thosewho are inpatients or at risk of being admitted to hospital.
