About the role
The Senior Java Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions for our North American clients. This position will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment, ensuring that applications are highly concurrent, thread-safe, and optimized for Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and self-driven expert in multi-threaded programming, proficient in modern development tools such as MS SQL Server and AI-assisted coding. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as the role involves daily interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders.
This position is 100% on-site at our offices in Bogotá, Medellín, or Buenos Aires.
