Position Available: Senior Java Developer

The team provides software development, maintenance, and support services to the client's Digital Services. This role is required to work under broad direction with the responsibility to:

1. Act as a senior developer on one or more Java-based development initiatives.
2. Implement appropriate software engineering techniques and processes within the Digital team.
3. Manage the technical processes and the quality of technical outputs of a number of developers deployed in various agile project teams.
4. Manage the technical evolution of a number of Java-based components and associated technical enablers and tools.
5. Use and improve DevOps capabilities as appropriate.
6. Ensure that security patches are applied to the affected applications.
7. Ensure that application changes are taken through the production change control process and successfully deployed to production.
