Senior Java Backend Developer

We're looking for a
Senior Java Backend Developer
with
5–7 years of real, hands-on Java backend experience
. The ideal candidate has worked on
production systems
and can clearly explain architectural decisions.

Fluent English is mandatory.

Role

• Design & build scalable
  Java backend services
• Develop & maintain
  REST APIs
• Migrate systems from
  desktop → web
  and
  monolith → microservices
• Participate in architecture, code reviews & mentoring

Must-Have Skills

• Core Java, JVM internals, multithreading
• Spring Boot (MVC/WebFlux, Security, Data)
• Microservices & event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• CI/CD, Docker, basic Kubernetes knowledge
• Experience using
  AI tools
  (Cursor.AI, ChatGPT, Copilot)

Interview Note

short self-assessment
to validate real project experience.
