Senior Java Backend Developer

We're looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with 5–7 years of real, hands-on Java backend experience. The ideal candidate has worked on production systems and can clearly explain architectural decisions.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Role
Design & build scalable Java backend services
Develop & maintain REST APIs
Migrate systems from desktop → web and monolith → microservices
Participate in architecture, code reviews & mentoring
Must-Have Skills
Core Java, JVM internals, multithreading
Spring Boot (MVC/WebFlux, Security, Data)
Microservices & event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
CI/CD, Docker, basic Kubernetes knowledge
Experience using AI tools (Cursor.AI, ChatGPT, Copilot)
Interview Note
Candidates will complete a short self-assessment to validate real project experience.
